Our Fees at Dribbin & Brown, we try to quote one set fee for all matters in the Magistrates’ Court, wherever possible.
For County and Supreme Court trials we provide an estimation at the point of engagement and then quote in stages as the matter progresses through the judicial system.
Be wary in relation to fees. People are often fearful of the Court process and they think they have to pay whatever the lawyer asks.
Like any profession, there are those with integrity and those without. Our advice is to consult first with your proposed lawyer. From there you can make an informed decision, and choose wisely.
