Daniel has been exclusively involved in criminal defence law for a number of years, having originally worked at a criminal law firm in the northern suburbs of Melbourne before joining our firm.
His achievements include the Merlin Myer Leadership Award from the Foundation for Young Australians, as well as the Monash Prize in 2008 and the Monash Scholarship for Excellence and Equity in 2009. Daniel also volunteered at Springvale Monash Legal Service for a year, providing services to those who could not afford a lawyer.
Daniel is both a natural and outstanding advocate with a keen sense and understanding of the finer nuances of the law. His forensic assessment in relation to his matters is remarkable and is reflected in the praiseworthy outcomes he achieves for his clients.
Daniel has appeared in numerous traffic and criminal related matters in the various Magistrates’ Courts in and around Melbourne. He is a highly skilled lawyer, enjoying excellent rapport with and respect of, both prosecutors and Magistrates alike.
