Prior to coming to Dribbin & Brown Criminal Lawyers, Ashleigh worked at various legal centres, including a reputable criminal law firm and the Fitzroy Legal Service. Here she gained valuable insight into how the courts work and the procedures used in the practice of criminal law.
Ashleigh has a keen passion for the criminal law, she understands the important work criminal lawyers do advocating for the rights of their clients. Ashleigh believes that everyone has a right to legal representation, including the right to a defence. She also understands that the criminal law system can be a daunting experience for her clients.
Ashleigh has been a member of the Law Institute of Victoria since 2016 and Women in Crime since 2018.
Being based at our Ringwood office, Ashleigh can be found appearing at the Ringwood Magistrates Court most days, in relation to pleas of guilty, contest mentions, bail applications and intervention order matters.
