Prior to his admission to practice in 2013, Victor worked at the Ringwood Magistrates’ Court as a Court registrar. This experience was invaluable to his progression in the criminal law, giving him an in-depth understanding of court processes and creating relationships with many Judicial Officers and prosecutors.
A fluent Mandarin speaker, he began his career working for a Chinese generalist practitioner, where he exclusively managed and attended to all their criminal law work.
In 2016 Victor joined our firm, initially assisting in the management of the matters of many of our Chinese speaking clients but also representing all clients attending the firm.
Victor has also gained considerable experience in all criminal law matters, including personal safety and Intervention orders.
